Help the working uninsured and under-insured who struggle accessing primary and behavioral health care.

Ways to Give

Samaritan is an integrated primary care behavioral health facility where the team works together to provide holistic care for the bodies, minds, and spirits of all patients. The goal at Samaritan is to “reclaim the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.” He is the only healer. Because healthcare and insurance are both very expensive, another difference is that the fees at Samaritan are affordable; no insurance is required or accepted. The fees do not, however, cover the cost of running this practice. Half of the budget comes from generous donors, foundations, and grant funds.

Although the Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (FACC) grant, community assistance grants, and private donations account for nearly 40% of Samaritan’s revenue, these funds are not guaranteed from year to year. This is why charitable contributions are vital to sustain this ministry and mission.

Giving to Samaritan enables the team to provide professional, compassionate, and affordable healthcare and counseling to those in Southwest Florida who, although working and paying their household bills, cannot afford insurance and the high cost of healthcare services.

Whether you choose to make a one-time gift, a monthly recurring gift, an honorarium or memorial, or even remember us in your will, your donation ensures that we will continue to care for our neighbors for years to come.

Financial support, volunteers and prayers: these are the necessary components to assure Samaritan grows and thrives as a place where people receive holistic, Christ-Centered care. If you are willing to share your time, talents, and treasure, please give, and watch what God will do. Samaritan Health and Wellness is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit corporation. All donations are tax deductible.
